Marevanta began as a simple wish — a private house above the sea where our own family could slow down, and where a small number of guests could feel the same. Not a business first, but a place built with care, room by room.
Every decision — the orientation to the light, the pool set toward the horizon, the materials chosen to weather well — is made as if we were staying ourselves. Because we will be.

Balchik is the calm counterpoint to Bulgaria's busy resorts — a seaside town of white cliffs, the Botanical Garden and the Queen's Palace, good restaurants and one of Europe's best-value coastlines. Varna and its international airport are about forty minutes away.
